After completing a degree in Biology, Steve ran a consumer advertising monitoring
company for 15 years. Then a friend asked him to help put together advertising materials for a
pharmaceutical product for a few weeks. He never looked back. He has overseen Global,
European and UK launches for numerous pharma clients, including Roche, Pfizer, MSD,
Allergan, Novartis, Takeda, Actelion, BMS, GSK and more. He believes, as part of the
fast-changing world, healthcare is transforming through the power of social and digital
Emma has been Finance Director at TBWA\WorldHealth London since March 2011, following
two years at TBWA Group. She has the role of balancing the financial needs and expectations
of our clients with sustaining a successful business model to continuously evolve in this
ever-changing environment. She has 15 years’ industry experience coming from Ogilvy, Rapp
and TBWA. She has worked with clients across a multitude of industries, including luxury car
brands, charities, financial services and beauty. Working in healthcare communications has
been a great experience for her, working with some great minds with brilliant ideas.
Beth started out in science with a degree in Cancer Biology and Immunology, before joining the
Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust. Discovering the world of health comms, she swapped
bed planning for brand planning, joining Omnicom in 2005 and TBWA\WorldHealth London in 2007.
Over the years, she has led the strategic direction for a broad range of brands facing a wide variety
of challenges: from aesthetics to arthritis, cough medicines to cancer, diagnostics to dentistry, and
most things in between. Beth focuses on developing strategies that will drive results for brand and
business, as well as positive changes in the audiences they reach.
Since leaving Australia, Diana’s journey as a creative has taken her around the globe, from
Sweden to New York and to London. In her 15 years based here, she has championed digital
innovation at some of the UK’s top agencies, including RAPP, Tribal DDB, DLKW, Iris and
Publicis for many of the world’s top brands. Healthcare and TBWA\WorldHealth London is a
new chapter for her and she’s excited about bringing her experience into the mix, helping
clients make sense of where media, content, technology and people collide.
